Atulya Agarwal

Atulya is an experienced legal and IP executive with over 30 years of executive and leadership experience in the biotechnology industry. He joined Inscripta^® as Chief Legal Officer in 2024. Prior to Inscripta, Atulya held positions at PACT Pharma as its Chief Legal and Business Strategy Officer; Genentech as its Head of IP Licensing and Business Strategy; and Elan Pharmaceuticals as its Chief Intellectual Property Officer. Atulya also previously served as a law partner at Dickstein Shapiro LLP.

Atulya received a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Boston University School of Medicine and a B.S. in Biochemistry from The Pennsylvania State University.
