Michael Seater

Mike brings a long track record of success in accounting, financial management and reporting. He joined Inscripta^® as Controller in 2021. A licensed CPA, Mike has successfully led four previous companies through the IPO filing process, including most recently, 10x Genomics in 2019. While at 10x Genomics, he was responsible for scaling the finance and accounting organization from pre-revenue to global manufacturing and sales operations. Mike brings a unique blend of controllership, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and strategic finance experience having worked for public accounting firm, Deloitte, and corporations such as Intel, Nomura, and Toyota as well as early-stage private equity backed technology companies.

He holds a B.S. from the University of California, Riverside School of Business.
